I am licensed in Arizona and in Connecticut with over 25 years of professional work and clinical experience. I have experience in helping clients with managing their stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse & coping with grief, loss and life transitions. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I care deeply about each of my client’s well being.
