I have been practicing counseling for 11 years. I work with adult individual seeking to address anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma; however, most clients eventually share how these feelings and issues are related to their life’s experiences and how they impact their important relationships (Partners, children, parents, work, etc). I help my clients walk both aspects of these needs: Their individual concerns and their relationships/family challenges. I can help with individual processing of feelings, behaviors, symptoms; as well as, increasing understanding and knowledge, skill building, and much more.
