I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work. I have 40 years of experience in the field of social work. My experience includes work with: Individuals’, couples, families, group therapy and drug and alcohol counseling. My experience also includes program design and implementation, hospice care, foster care, juvenile and adult justice and consultation. Life is full of challenges. I believe that individuals’, when focused on their strengths, can grow through their challenges. I am dedicated to helping individuals’ sort through their emotions and identify positive life changes. I believe that therapy can help manage ongoing challenges such as depression, anger, anxiety, addiction issues and relationship issues.
