I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am trained in the evidence-based treatment models of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
