I am licensed in Florida and Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have experience working in a county Jail with individuals incarcerated due to addiction, theft and murder. Also working at a behavioral hospital for individuals with dual diagnoses-addiction and mental illness. Graduated with my MBA in 2010 from Texas Woman’s University and Master in MSSW in 2013 from University of Texas At Arlington. Working in the space of mental health, makes me come alive where I experience not just existing but actually living life!!!
