- 18 years combined of academic, professional training, providing counseling, and supervising clinicians in the field.
- Conducting short and long term therapy as well as groups since 2005 with racially, ethically and sexually diverse adults.
- Specializations in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, dating and life transitions.
- Highly skilled in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while using an integrative approach that also accounts for Attachment Theory and Family Systems.

struggling with self-esteem, identity and body image issues. - Utilizes psychodynamic approach and drawing from ACT, DBT, CBT and Mindfulness Techniques as appropriate.
