  • Specializations in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, dating and life transitions.
  • Highly skilled in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while using an integrative approach that also accounts for Attachment Theory and Family Systems.
